The Social Leadership Campaign is a corporate association and certification body dedicated to transformative social change in the workplace. We aim to create a corporate environment where 2SLGBTQ+ and BBIPOC professionals have the freedom work in their truth without fear of persecution, discrimination, barriers to advancement and competitive equity. We are a rapidly growing and dynamic group of leaders, organizations and corporations that are focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and empowerment of our communities most marginalized.
